IMPORTANT : The Peace option can be set up with apartments classified as EPC rated A, B or C – ecological districts and other properties conforming to the new RT 2012 standards of energy efficiency ; Security or Freedom options target properties requiring renovation and insulation improvements.
* 100% of the remaining rent due is paid to owners regardless of the causes of cancellation or interruption of residence for tenants.
** Optional insurance against unpaid rent: compensation without excess, without rent limits, without waiting period and unlimited duration; in the event of disaster company counsel is available, unlimited amount of fees (limit of 4,575 Euros per claim otherwise) ; approval of the tenant file submitted via Internet.
