The area of Vatican City The main avenue, the Via della Conciliazione, connects the Tiber River with the Castel Sant’Angelo to St. Peter’s Square and its basilica. To the north of the Vatican, the well-to-do neighborhood of Prati and Clodio, between the Palace of Justice in Piazza Cavour and the courthouse in Piazzale Clodio, is very residential with a variety of cafés, bars and restaurants, quality stores for clothes and luxury. The covered market Mercato Trionfale in Via Doria offers fresh products at very reasonable prices.
